I’m Diane — a maker, a business owner, and someone who’s still figuring a lot of this out in real time. Diane McLeod Studio is where I share what that actually looks like.
How This Started
I run a multi-branch maker business — laser engraving, UV printing, sublimation, and 3D printing, all under one roof. Over the years I’ve built out different sides of that business: personalized gifts, SVG file design, and a fully managed fundraising system for schools, teams, and clubs. Every one of those started the same way — by figuring it out as I went.
Why I Teach This
Most tutorials show you a finished product. I’d rather show you the process — the machine settings that took months to dial in, the technique combos that actually work, and the business side nobody talks about. If you’re running your own shop or thinking about starting one, this is the stuff I wish someone had shown me earlier.
